With CHI-LIK being admitted in hospital, some changes have taken place in his company. KY, who claims to be a co-founder of the company, seizes the opportunity to convene a board meeting, coercing CHI-LIK to let him take over the management. A cakery owner reports to the police that he has suffered repetitive property damages by someone anonymous and suspects it was the deed of a land developer regarding property acquisition, so SHIU-GAT brings along YAT-SHAN there for the on-site investigation. YAT-SHAN takes SHIU-GAT to a nursing home to visit his grand aunt LUK YUNG, but SHIU-GAT leaves early after suddenly receiving a tip-off regarding a tattooed brothel client. Later on, SHIU-GAT reveals the issues of her mother to YAT-SHAN, trying to make him understand the reason why she has not agreed to marry him.
