KEI knows that HOI is a swindler. To keep FUNG out of harm’s way, she urges HOI to leave and promises to give him some money in return. HOI shows FUNG the money KEI gave him, thinking that it is the best way to win his trust. FUNG falls into HOI’s trap and reveals to him a secret that has been kept for years. KIT accuses HOI of conning money from the “Tung Shan Garden” Project, expecting that HOI will point the finger at FUNG and turn against him in the end. HOI is arrested and FUNG is willing to give anything to defend him. The property developer believes that FUNG is in league with HOI and decides to withdraw from the project. LONG blames KIT for betraying HOI and falls out with him. After a series of medical treatment, HOI has finally got back his memories.
